The sales associate, Moneshia B No. 167386 was gracious, knowledgeable, personable and a joy to work with. I had been in this store a few days earlier and the associated who tried to help me only frustrated me. I told her I was looking for charms for a bracelet I already have. It isn't Pandora, but Pandora charms fit on Troll bracelets. She said she couldn't help me unless I brought my bracelet in! I am happy she wasn't working when I came back.
