The customer service was outstanding

The entire staff that was there at the time were very friendly. Even though there were other people in the store, they all greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. They also gave suggestions, told us about promotions and shared their own Pandora bracelets with us.

The sales associate was so kind and helpful. I had called the day before because I needed to pick up a ring as a gift. She kept it overnight for me in the safe because it was the very last one!
