This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Mary C. is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help with my selections. She never appeared frustrated with me not knowing exactly what I wanted since I have never purchased Pandora for myself. I definitely could have spent more time and money in that store if I had both.

I just went in to browse due to recent purchase of a Pandora bracelet. As I looked around an assistant, Jennifer J., answered a question re: a charm. This lead me to looking at more charms. After selecting two she brought to my attention the promotion of a receiving a discount for completion of Pandora card and a selection of a free bracelet. She even took the time to introduce me to the clips and was able to place purchases on my bracelet in a beautiful presentation. Thanks to Jennifer J.
