The friendliness of the associate Jessica J. is what made my experience the best ever! She was very engaging, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. When I asked if she liked a item after I tried it on I felt she was sincere with her answers; I felt as if I was shopping with my best friend. She was not pushy or unprofessional. Her knowledge of the jewelery was very helpful.
