The customers are so friendly there especially Vicki. The ran out of my size bracelet and she made it her business to find me the perfect bracelet with my favorite color. She even gave meh tips on how to keep my bracelet from getting mess up.

The staff was knowledgeable. A previous Jewelry store got one of my charms jammed on my bracelet and they assisted me with trying to get it off. The price for what I purchased was great. I was searching for an charm and was able to find it in the store.
