I has a very pleasant experience with the past visit. The sale person was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. I also think that I got a great deal on my purchase. I also received some personal care products for my purchase and previous purchases and instruction to care for these products.

The sales associate was very attentive. She was new and the manager never left the floor but never inserted herself unless the sales associate needed it. The shop was very well organized and clean.

We came in to find a Valentine's day gift .We left with so much more. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Melissa and Katie. Melissa showed us the variety of starter bracelets and we chose the paved heart bracelet...it was beautiful all on it's own. Melissa then began to help us build a bracelet. She asked questions about who it was for...what's her favorite color? , what does she do? Things of that nature, and proceeded to show us charms.. We marveled at the beautiful bracelet and necklace she wore, and she explained what it meant to her. Melissa showed us some beautiful charmes, however we had a budget in mind. She was glad to show us her stock of retired charms and from there we were able to build a beautiful bracelet. We did not intend to purchase the 2 clip on place holder charms until Melissa explained how important they were and all about balancing the bracelet. It did go a little beyond budget, however it was well worth it. We had so much fun making a purchase During the entire visit to The Tanger Outlet Pandora store . I'm sure once she gets it she will be headed in looking for Melissa so she can fill it up. The customer service was beyond outstanding!
