The staff was very friendly and they had the patience with each customer.

This was the Black Friday sale that started on Thursday, 2017 yes the store was packed and I could barely move around but, I didn't wait long, and I was very much satisfied with the Pandora that my significant other bought me for Christmas . The sales associate at Pandora was an excellent sales and customer service rep. Nattiqua maxwell knew what she talked about and knew her Pandora she made my experience a pleasurable and enjoyable night. I watched nattiqua as she helped two other customers in front of me as I watched the other Pandora employees as well...and I promise you, me and my mate critiqued everyone of them and out of them all we wanted to go to noone except ms maxwell. Ms maxwell smiled and the smile she gave made me want to smile at everyone like I worked at Pandora. I will say this, last but not least nattiqua maxwell did an outstanding job that night with helping us and this was our first time buying Pandora and even being in a Pandora store. Due to our experience with ms maxwell we will be returning only to get for future purchases. Thanks for hiring her!

The sales associate, Yoon G., was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was friendly, informative and patient as I struggled with the "right" selection. She ultimately, suggested a piece that complimented what I had selected. I purchased all pieces.
