Everyone is so helpful and friendly in this store. I have dealt with Mary C. now two times at least and both time she is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store.

The rep was very friendly. She had suggestions for what I was looking for!

Im always able to get in and out in a timely fashion. I never feel rushed when making choices. I just always enjoy going in looking at the selections.

Yoon was extremely helpful and provided lots of recommendations. I really enjoy shopping at this store because I can find retired beads and charms here that I cannot usually find elsewhere. And the deals are the best! I have recommended this location to my co-workers.

Very friendly staff, and was a joy to talk to. They were prompt in helping me when I walked in the door. Told me also about deals they had with a bracelet and a cleaning kit.
