The clamp on my mother days gift was broken i had to exchange it for another one. There was on problem at all with the service in the store. The manager and the sale clerk was very helpful, and replace it with a nother one. I made a purchase while I was in the store.

I went in and found just what I wanted for Halloween. It was even more beautiful the pieces in person than on the web. I love the intricacies of each piece of charms.

RaShanta was very helpful in helping me choose the new charms I purchased and she also help me with a charm I had purchased previously and. The stone had fallen out, and she replaced that charm with a new one.
