The customer service I received was exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect. I didn't feel rushed or in the way at all.

I was able to find very reasonable gifts for my daughter and me. The staff was very courteous and even though it was close to closing time I did not feel rushed...the reps made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchases.

Jacob was an amazing sales associate. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. The store was organized and had items within my budget

The only thing Pandora as a company needs to work on is using discounts on sale merchandise. the sale items don't qualify for military or student discount. That is a corporate flaw that should be changed. The sales associate could not help the procedure put in place but she was awesome. Luz Service is always amazing any time I go in the store. She did advise me before I made my purchase which merchandise did not qualify for discount. Sale items should also qualify, however I am building a memorial bracelet for my deceased mother so I still proceeded with my purchase.
