The sales associate didn't seem very happy to be at work. She didn't have many suggestions to help me. My husband ended up helping me.

correction my pandora experience was a wonderful one The selection on retired charms was barely anything left for over four weeks. the Mother's day event was sweet i will return Paola assisted me she was awesome product knowledgeable and courteous

Availability of item I liked and wanted

Associate seemed a little lost. When asked about rose gold family type charms, she only showed us one tray of charms. She wasn't very knowledgeable of the charms.

I wish there were more options of charms for sports and better visualization of the charms in the case. Not a fan of having to wait for the sales associate to pull each tray out to look at.

Sales associate very patient, the store was low on stock. My only problem was I purchased enough for two free bracelets. Why they could not have given addiitonal to bracelet I wanted or additional charms free? Your product is expensive I hope they only wear and are durable.

One of the item only came in a 19 size only.

There was 1 thing that stood out, her suggesting I write my ring size down. Experience was nice but nothing extraordinary. Salesperson was nice just nothing extra.

The Sale lady was very patient with me and told me about sales and promotion going on which made me wanna come back today before closing cause she made me felt like I would have gotten a great deal.. so I’m on the way 🤣 before they close

One associate was rude when we entered the store 3 minutes before open time as directed by another employee cleaning the windows.
