I initially went into the store to get my pandora bracelet and charm cleaned. The clerk advised me that the machine was down, and how i can go about cleaning the item. I took her advice but was not satisfied that it wasn't functioning. But, overall, I did buy another charm, that I'm satisfied with.

Several customers came in behind me but were waited in before me. I was standing there but they ask others could they help them and never ask me until after waiting on two people that came in after me.

Upon entering the store I noticed a half off sign ask the associate about it so she ask the coworker about it she then said that was a old sign so I ask can she honor the discount she went on to make excuses about it being a old sign. Was disappointed.

There was a line of people waiting, we waited around 30 mins to be helped and when it was our turn it seemed like they were in a hurry to get us out the door, I would have liked to look at more stuff but felt like it was a bother to ask. Also there was no signs or directions to show where to go.

Every time I visit this particular location it seems to be an issue with ID Me. I’m an educator and I want to use my discount but I always have to jump through hoops. The young lady that assisted me was excellent it was the nasty managers that always talk about the customer versus coming to them to ask for clarity. I will not visit this location again if I can help it!

Overall was pleased with purchase. And will go back for other purchases. Will tell family and friends about service so that they can visit store. Needed a more variety of earrings but it's the holiday season and everyone is shopping. Still enjoyed and was satisfied with purchase and service.

I wouldn't say I liked that while Jennifer was completing my order, the other salesperson interrupted my sales transaction to ask Jennifer if she wanted to finish another sales transaction from 2 days before the day I was there. I assume they work on commission; I felt it was rude to interrupt my sales transaction to ask that question; they could have figured that out after both sales were finalized or when the store was empty.
