I am a huge fan of Disney and I wish the store carried more variety of Disney charms.

I’m satisfied, I feel as though Pandora needs a point system, or some form of coupons. Maybe some form of appreciation when people spend so much money in their stores and online. I shop Pandora a lot for myself, family and friends. I love it!

Not much of sale items to chose from and what was on sale wasn't good quality, service with sale associate was a little bit to fast.

No particular reason.

The employees were not familiar with the current promotion on the buy one get a bracelet promo

They did not have good selection of charms that I was looking for the numbers, the colors or the zodiac sign. The associates were extremely friendly and professional. I just didn’t have a good selection of what I was looking for.

The staff was friendly

There could have been more deals since this outlet sell only retired pieces

There were a lot of people inside of the store with only 2 associates working.

Sales associate helped someone who came in store after me. Another sales associate who was already helping someone helped me at same time as the other person which took away from my experience and the other customer experience all because her coworker wasn’t paying attention to who was already waiting for help call watching the door.
