Even though I did not find what I was looking for, I am pleased with my purchase. I was looking for piano and violin silver charms.

The lack of newer items. The retail store carries newer items which the outlet store does not. The sales associate was new and sometimes was not able to answer my questions.

I didn't screen shot the items that I wanted. I had them by name and the sales person didn't know all of items by name. She was still able to assist me.

Had to wait in line to go in the store.

Wait time before being allowed to enter the store was 20 mins.

Had to wait about 10 minutes

I'm very satisfied with the experience. It is not your fault that I had a last minute gift selection. If I had proper time to order the items I don't believe there would be any problems.

The birthstone charm I really wanted wasn’t available and I would have preferred going inside. I wanted to see what other options were available up close

I am highly satisfied with Pandora. I have always like Pandora. I just do not like to wait outside for someone to become available. Sometimes there is a long wait .
