I was satisfied with my pandora experience

There were not any deals or specials being promoted at the time. One of the charms purchased was not put on the bracelet properly.

The wait before being serviced. Other than that, I was definitely satisfied with everything else. I will be returning to this location soon.

There were 3 sales people and no customers when I arrived. 2 we’re talking. The third was putting away merchandise. It took a minute before anyone acknowledged me.

Never give a rating of extremely satisfied because we had to wait outside because of Covid protocol.

The charms I was looking forward to purchasing were not available at the store. I was shown some alternatives but wasn’t satisfied enough to purchase these specific charms.

When entering the store there are associates waiting at the door so she’s there waiting to assist you whatever you need in the store

The store didn't have the item I came to the store 2 purchase.The price on-line was much less than in the store. They really didn't have any real sales worth traveling 2 the store 4.

I love the choices that is available for all occasions. The staff is always knowledgeable, very helpful with my selection, and kind. Very good quality of product.
