Didn't like waiting outside also I would have liked A little more selection for moms and a some more Rinstone.

The assistant continued to talk with his coworkers while I stood there waiting to see more charms.

Not a lot to choose from in the sale selection. Ring selections were good. Wish pandora would offer more variety in different topic selections; like sports. Hoping to find a basketball charm or martial arts charm one day.

Because there was a delay in receiving assistance with making my purchase. In which I truly did not understand why, Because there were 4 associates at this location and 3 of which were not even helping any customers.

The return policy is horrible. I bought 2 sale pieces as a gift that I can’t return
