Great Customer Service

The sales person was nice but not enthused with offering different selections. This is not good for customers who are looking to buy but not sure what they want. I felt like I was a bother. I wish Janet could have assisted me. She was extremely helpful last time I visited the store. This sales person was t trying to sell me anything. Maybe she was tired.

I don’t see the need to limit the amount of customers in the store. I had to wait outside in the heat when I could have been browsing. The salesperson was very friendly but I felt pressured to hurry because of the people outside waiting.

The store did not have exactly what I was in the market to purchase.

Birthday gift

Salesperson was in a hurry. She was trying to rush not giving me time to look or ask questions.

A friend who was with me inquired about discounts that she had been given in the past. The sales representative didn't allow same discounts given previously by another representative. Not sure if this sales rep was aware of all available discounts.

Was liking for a ring with red in it for my child’s birthstone... Wish sale associate would of showed me options or stirred me in a direction but gave me one ring and then just sat there. Wish she would of asked why I wanted a ring with red or asked more and then offered suggestions etc..

I had a good experience at the store and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and nice

There were very few gold charms for my bracelet.
