The sales clerks appear rushed to serve and get people customers in and out. Which really is not their fault

Store was a little crowded & only had the chance to look at one display case. Associate seemed in a rush & not very attentive.

I wasn't highly satisfied with my Pandora visit because some of the merchandise I was shopping for wasn't available. I basically had to settle for something that I am not sure will work for me. Also, the discounts and specials that the store had were not explained thoroughly to me.

The salesperson trying to help me didn’t know the charms I was looking for I had to pull them up on my phone to show her what I was looking for.

I felt like the associates could have been more inviting when I entered the store ..I gathered the young lady that did say something after a few minutes of my entry was tired just lacked Enthusiasm.However the young lady that waited on me was great..

The customers inside weee being helped and it too a long time for me to get inside so I just asked the worker standing outside if she had what I was looking for and she did. She rung me up and I left.

The pennant I was looking for was available in the book I was given while I waited outside in line until space was available. But once inside, they didn’t have the one I decided to purchase from the book.

Over the last 2 weeks I went to 2 different Pandora locations and spent over $200 both times and after the fact I seen on Pandora Facebook page that I should’ve received a free gift with a purchase of over $110. Not only did I not receive the promotion neither store promoted or offered this promotion. I’m definitely disappointed because I spent this and didn’t receive a gift.

She did do what told her too. Gifting it put all in one bag needed separate bags. Two different gifts.
