I was not highly satisfied having to wait to be serviced. However once the associate was available she gave her undivided attention and I was able to make my purchase. I would give the associate two thumbs up

Highly satisfied doesn't leave room for error. I was satisfied with the service and the staff that assisted me. She showed patience and willingness to help me make the best decision for my purchase. The store seems to be less professional than that of the other two locations I've patronized previously.

It was uneventful, we found what we wanted and purchased it.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a slider bracelet and several charms. There was a line when we arrived she escorted us in and out. Overall the little wait time was no problem at all.

I never give the highest rating on anything because with everything, there's always room for improvement!

Just due to the fact that it was an extremely hot day so waiting in line outside was a bit uncomfortable but not a major inconvenience because I know it was needed for the safety of all during this pandemic

No ac in the store , the associate that help me at first didn’t seem interested in help me spend my money but after I had a stack then she was more like ok this lady spending money
