I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the 2 free charms. I brought 2 bracelets ($90 each), 5 charms. I am very satisfied with my purchase

Running a promotion for a free charm if you purchased a new bracelet. I did purchase new bracelet on this visit as a gift but also a new bracelet 5 days before but manager would not give courtesy charm even with receipt of previous purchase. I would have liked the special charm as well.

Ravin took excellent care of us. We were in the store for 10 minutes before being helped. We were even told that We "snuck" in the store after waiting for 45 minutes. We visited that store at least three times before and may not go back to that store again.

Nothing done that was just over the top

The purse was on display at a price, WITH bangles on the handles. No where did it say the bangles were priced separate, so when I arrived at the counter ( I purchased a bundle package) the cashier gave me the total, when I questioned the price she said the bangles were separate. When I questioned the price, a supervisor came over and Confirmed the pricing. This may be a store policy but This sales tactic is not honest. You make a selection based on the price and looks, it should be sold at that price.

The sales person, Jennifer, was fantastic. Very satisfied with the experience. She made it fun. On the other hand, pricing is high on items.

Sales lady was very helpful and friendly. I dint think this survey needs to make me say anymore then what i want to say
