The sales associate was very helpful. I appreciate all the help you have given me when I get. There this was my first time using Pandora.

The sale person didn't really talk I had to tell her what I want. She looked at her messages on her watch the whole time I was in there not friendly at all

Whenever I go to Pandora rather if it's in my hometown or in another location, I always have first class customer service and have been pleased with my purchases. I always look for to the next holiday for occasion so that I can have an excuse to get my next purchase from Pandora.

Seemed like I was being rushed. Did not get a chance to look at everything.Would have liked to look around.

There were only two associates. The charms looked tarnished. The associate was not very knowledgeable.

I came to the outlet to find bracelets on sale but there weren’t any sales.

I was satisfied with the service there but not highly satisfied. The customer service ladies did a good job and served me well to the best of their ability.

The store is small and it was so many people it was very hot. Also the ring sizes needs to come in larger sizes not fair to women/ men with larger ring sizes

The wait time was a little long and the store didn’t have the exact charms that I wanted to purchase

I am highly satisfied because this was my first time purchasing jewelry from a Pandora Outlet store.
