The customer service was great. The sales person that was of course Frances W was very nice and showed me more than enough of items that were on sale.

Sales associate Margo T No. 131883 was not friendly. However manager Jennifer completed the sale very friendly, sociably and professionally! Thank you Jennifer!

I would like more discount

I walked and was greeted by the associates. One particular associate spoke and asked what brought me in here. The only issue was I didnt know who was talking to me because she was looking down at the time and looked to me as if she was irritated. She helped me pick out a charm and I read her tag she was the manager. Who would have thought. She was the most disinterested sales associate in the room and she just so happened to be the manager. Wow.

This is the very reason people do not like doing surveys. Why must I be "highly satisfied" for you to be satisfied. My experience in your store was fine no more no less , I made purchases each time that should be satisfactory to you.

Some prices are really good

The sales person was nice. She showed me what i wanted. I did not have to wait long.

The store was extremely hot. The heat was almost unbearable, which made the shopping experience much less enjoyable. I really felt sorry for the employees who are forced to remain in those conditions.
