The only solution given for a clasp that was hard to close was to purchase another bracelet. The sales clerk recommended purchasing the same style bracelet I brought back as they are the easiest to close. At the end of sale, she suggested I take the old bracelet to a jeweler who might be able to repair it.

Over all my experience was awesome .... just had to wait for 30 mins .. had one person ahead of mine ...

Availability of merchandise

This particular location is extremely small and very hard to move comfortably around. It is not very customary friendly as far as space. It does not allow enough space for representatives to interact with customers effectively.

I have been to other Pandora stores where the sales associated were considerably more friendly than this one. Not that she wasn't cordial, however it did take some time for her to be open and to show merchandise without apparent reservations.

Because it was an outlet store they didn't have a lot of current merchandise.

Discounted selection was limited

Overall it was a good experience. The selection process is always awkward and rushed. You dont feel like you can touch anything without them handing it to you, and then you feel rushed to decide.

I would have liked the associate to have had more knowledge about the adventure charms. My friend and I wanted to find a charm that celebrates adventure. The adventure bag would have been perfect but the associate did not mention that charm.
