Very slow service, when getting to me. I waited over 20 mins bf I was served. I always have a problem at this location it seems that the associates have no sense of urgency. It's always a slow process. I always go to another location.

I was not charged the price that I was quoted for some of my charms.

For a outlet store I would expect the price to be a little cheaper then the regular store I drove two and a half hours to get to the store when I could have went to either store at home

Overall I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. There wasn't anything that could have been done to make my experience better.

The choices in charms were limited.

I was not offered to have my gift wrapped.

I wish you offered a cleaning when a customer walks in wearing Pandora jewelry. (I almost always have my rings on, and mention this to the employee(s), but never get offered a cleaning)
