The store was very busy which was taken into consideration when taking this survey. My husband and I came in Pandora to start a new bracelet for my birthday. I felt like we were being rushed, which could be just myself thinking that. I also understand that there were other customers in the store at the time and they were looking at the merchandise as well. The only complaint I would have, is that I felt that I wasn't shown more merchandise. The sales associate did her job to the best of her ability considering the amount of customers in the store that was waiting. Thank you

That was my first time in the store. I was just overwhelm a little. The selection was a lot for me to figure out. Chassis the sales person was great.

I had a 20 minute wait to talk to an employee. The store was packed and hot. There we're sales associates not helping anyone and the three that we're helping were stretched thin.

Sales associate wasn’t overjoyed or excited to help. She couldn’t locate the box containing the specific merchandise I was looking for. When asked for suggestions of charms, she didn’t provide much help.

I thought that the history of my wife's & mine shopping would be able to be pulled up. Style of bracelet size etc.

Some sales associates are nicer and more helpful. Sometimes I get a very nice sales person sometimes an ok one. It makes a big difference on my shopping experience.

The vibe that one of the managers had when I wanted to return a bracelet that I had brought some months back while on a cruise at a pandora outlet. And she told me maybe a shouldn’t give that bracelet to a child but I told her that one was mines and my granddaughter bracelet had the same problem as mines. It should not matter who I buy merchandise for, her job was to exchange it because it was still under warranty.
