Had to wait a little too long.

I wasn’t highly satisfied but I was still satisfied. I wasn’t highly satisfied because the charm I looked at seemed a bit dirty or unpolished.

I don't live near there. My husband's name couldn't be found in system and he has purchased from Pandora before.

This was an outlet store and there was one tray of charms. Everything else was normal price.

My experience would've been great; however, one of the sales associates came off very judgmental, rude, and very unprofessional without any known reason. This shopping snag almost dampened the entire experience and made me consider canceling any potential purchases; but, my girlfriend loves Pandora jewelry. Furthermore I did speak briefly with the manager on staff concerning the matter which went pleasant as well as my wonderful sales associate Cassidy whom save the sale by giving me reassurance of the Pandora products and upholding the Brand thank you.

Wait too long. Sales person helped a familiar customer before me. I had too wait but they did not have to. .

I am visiting here from Miami that's why I will not be shopping at this location in the next 3 mos or referring anyone.

Should have done my research before going to the store. I did not realize the Pandora bracelet purchasing experience was this intense. My wife had received a few charms as a gift, I was going to purchase a bracelet for them to be put on. I thought this would have been a little quicker but there is almost too much product to choose from. I guess the problem was I thought I was going to quickly go in and purchase a bracelet. I ended up purchasing a bracelet, charms and I think they were separators. Like car, electronics or other the similar purchases, purchasing a pandora bracelet also requires research.

The charms are so expensive, some of them cost more than the bracelets. Cute charms though. My bracelet keeps popping loose since I brought it.
