Selection was sparse and prices were the same as going to a retail Pandora.

The two sales associates could not serve the customers in a timely manner.

Not greeted When entered store and not acknowledged for about 7 minutes. There were 4 customers including me and 2 associates on floor. Store was relatively quiet.

I was satisfied

I think you're coupons from the Tanger coupon book should be looked at. I spent almost $200 and the coupon did not work she had to buy a $300 bracelet.

The associates took a minute to get to us because they were talking to each other. Also, the lady who helped us wasn’t able to answer a few questions.

I feel like there has been an overall increase in the price of charms. I just think they could be a little more affordable and/or Pandora could have sales more often.

The availability of merchandise. The selection of styles. The color purple was limited in different merchandise.

I guess I could have been. I went for particular charms and only one was not available. So my experience was great. The salesperson Jennifer J was awesome!

Hilton head store has more retired items which is what I wanted than at Pooler GA store
