Everything was great. I had no problems. I love discounts at pandora.

I like pa does and sales associate Vicki was great. The only thing I have to say is that she had look all over for size I wantEd. Last store had all the sales of rings by size in the trays. That seemed a more organized way.

Sometimes it’s hard to get he newer items from The outlet but the item I received was good

It was a very long wait, but it was the day before Mother's Day.

Could not find a particular piece ( discontinued?)

To no fault of the staff working, but the checkout system has major flaws in it. It takes a long time to get checked out. The directions are confusing.

We have have room for ways to improve, however this store could have wrapped the gifts individually.

You know they were more interested in themselves. Sales associate was very detached, not very helpful. I personally have quite a few Pandora products, so to go and discover her lack of enthusiasm of the product and the customer tells me she needs to work somewhere else.

I was visiting Savannah with my husband, and noticed Pandora sold a "Savannah" charm, exclusively. We love Savannah, so we popped in and picked up the charm. In and out.
