Pandora Jewelry

Some selections were not available prices are really HIGH.

The sales associate could not locate the price of the item I selected. Afterwards I looked at receipt and I believe I paid for a charm I originally was going to buy. My overall unhappiness was I asked for a specific look in charm and she appeared unable to understand what I wanted and then showed me others. I accidentally saw what I finally bought in another box. This store is in an OUTLET mall and I know I paid full price or more than I would have in a jewelry store. I should not have bought it but I just loved the charm and was afraid I would not locate it again in my local area which is limited for Pandora retailers.

I was satisfied

The staff seemed occupied. Like I couldn't afford to be in the small cramped store. The charms I wanted were not available.

I enjoyed the attentiveness of Melissa. She sized my wrist and told me where I could find the pandora bangel that I really was looking for. She explained to me how to care for my pandora jewelry. She also engaged in conversation with me, ask was I from that area or if I was traveling.

The square footage in the store os small. The sales items were not in the display case as soon as you enter in the store. The availability of the birth color charms are now ready available.

FIRST TIME IN THE STORE. WILL RETURN TO THE STORE AGAIN. LIKE TO VISIT THE STORE AGAIN.

There were several charms my daughter looked for and they were not available. I purchased the Savannah charm seems that it wld be cheaper being exclusive to your store and being in the city. I purchased the Atlanta charm in Atlanta not at an outlet and it was in color and I believe the outlet price was more or either close in price. I had to ask her if I was out an outlet store bc I cld not tell.

THERE WAS ONLY ONE SALES ASSOC ON DUTY SO I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 20 MINS OR SO. THE SALES ASSOC/MGR WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY.

Everything was fine except there were only 2 sales associates available for a good bit of my trip. The lady that helped me was awesome though, tried to multitask and help several customers at the same time while the other was only helping one customer the whole time. I probably spent 40 minutes in the store.
