The store is a little small for the amount clients that are in an out. So you are constantly saying excuse me to pass or look at the items.

When we got to the store there was a very long wait to get assistance, they were taking names on a waiting list but we still waited over 30 minutes to get help. The salesperson seemed quite disinterested and was not helpful in locating what we wanted, had we not finally pointed items out to her we would not have gotten what we requested. They were also having many "technical" difficulties which slowed down the check out process.

The sales person and others in the store weren't very knowledgeable about the products. The layout of the charms is difficult to view and the associates never really seem interesting in showing you a variety of charms. You always have to ask them to pull out additional trays instead of them automatically saying here let me show you these.

I was very satisfied with my visit, the only problem I had was a long wait time I had a 2 hour wait time before I got waited on. I think that it should be more sales associate on a Black Friday sale.

I am very highly satisfied with your customer service representative. I was also satisified with the merchandise. What I was not satisified in doing is waiting over an hour and I was on the waiting list. It was so, so long and I guarantee you if a man is buying he would not wait that long. My husband bought me a pandora bracelet and charms every year and he never had this kind of difficulty waiting. You really need a bigger store. It was too small. We were told we could go shop and come back and they would notify by phone but this was the last place we visited before leaving.

The associate was trying to get me to buy too Many things I did not want. Other than that I got everything she "could" find. I love my bracelet!

Not greeted when I arrived in the store, walked around for a while before I was acknowledged

the merchandise was well displayed. The items i was looking for were not in the display but the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and was able to show these to me quickly.
