Pandora Jewelry

I just wanted more of a selection of the charms. Also they did not have my ring size. There wasn't a sale on bracelets.

The store was crowded and the workers was overwhelmed and not organized.

I wanted a safety chain that clipped and was not plain and there were none available. Also wanted a charm to represent medical fields for a graduation and none available.

I just wouldn't rate anyone very highly unless it's someone I deal with all the time. I am not from the area where I made my purchased

The wait was very long. She did not wrap each of my charms in separate Pandora boxes like they do at the Myrtle Beach store.

It was to hot inside store also sales assoc was not as knowledgeable on the pieces as I thought she should have been .

The store is to small and the trays should be laid out in single rows so you won't have to ask to see the next one. You have to wait for the sales person to get another tray or wait until they come back to you .

There is always room for change

No fault of the staff. It was crowded and took longer than usual to be waited on. Did not get the usual calm friendly service.

This was the second Pandora I visited. The first was Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah. The associates there had no interest in helping find what we were looking for. Simply said "we don't have it" and walked off. I went to the second Pandora store in Pooler GA. I was able to find what I was looking for but the associate had no interest in helping other than to just hand me a plastic bag with the necklace in it then asking "do you want it?". Although I do like the necklace, I will not purchase from Pandora again due to the really poor customer service.
