Associates ignored us as we were waiting to see charms so we didn’t receive helped we had to ask, associates laughed with coworker when we said we just wanted to see charms.

The sales associate did not seem too interested in assisting me. I told her what I was interested in and she failed to show me anything.

The associate was not helpful is recommending or helping us to locate a product not in the store. I asked if there were a charm with yellow stone and her response was i dont think so. I came home and found the item online but in gold versus silver. The staff needs to be more helpful since we had to stand outside in the cold waiting to get in the store since only allowing 2 or 3 people at a time. They need to be more helpful since Pandora is not cheap

Kiara, our sales rep, did not appear interested in helping us; we were just the next customer that came up in her queue. She seemed rushed to find a charm that we had an idea about and displayed an impatience that made me feel like she did not want to be there. I left from the store feeling like I should have ordered my items online and have it shipped to my home instead if I could have gotten better customer service that way.

Because you didn’t have what I was looking for at the time. I was over charged for the items I purchased by almost $50. I had to make a second trip to the store to get this issue resolved.

The staff didn’t seem to care if I was there. I came in to buy something and no one seemed to really want to help me.
