The representative immediately acknowledged me, heard my request and addressed it with options. Offered to better rearrange my bracelet to my liking and individually cleaned each piece while adding the newly purchased pieces to the bracelet. She allowed me to view her nicely configured bracelet pointing out measures she took to ensure that she never loses hers with the safety chain. I've NEVER NEVER NEVER had this level of service of all my years in Pandora. She also gave the same attention to everyone else who entered without taking away from her assistance with me. Thank you.
