I was satisfied with my second purchase this week but I am a bit disappointed how I can even exchange a bracelet I just got last week for a birthday gift to my friend and she did had a similar one and I couldn’t even exchange it for her by another one. They said it was final sale even though we payed almost 100$ for it, I understand we can’t return it but at least exchange by another one could be an option. Now, my friend is stack with 2 similar bracelets.

This is not the store I usually shop and perhaps I'm just used to the ladies at my regular store. While sales associate during this visit was pleasant, and helpful, it just wasn't the experience I'm accustomed to.

Sales Leader was not professional. Sales Leader did not offer options for purchase. Sales Leader walked off and did not give a reason for leaving.

The associate wasn’t friendly when I ask her to show me something in the case she was not to thrilled when I asked to see certain charms

The sales person seems bothered with helping me

They will not answer the phone. I have called 9124501510 several times with no answer or call back. I wanted to know if some honest person had turned in the Pandora bracelet that I purchased 15 minutes prior. So, I cannot tell you the quality of the bracelet bc I did not have it in my possession that long. But what I can tell you is that young lady, working the door was not friendly at all! She was very dismissive after I spent my money on your store.

Couldn’t look around like I won’t too because people we’re waiting outside Would have bought more if not for being rushed

I was very unsatisfied with the experience at Pandora because I was sold the wrong merchandise. I did not receive the charm I asked for. Instead of a princess charm I was given a prince charm. This was a really bad inconvenience for me because this was a Christmas for someone.
