Store did not have most of the items that I wanted to purchase. I waited outside the store so long to get in that I got ill from the heat. I would have appreciated being told that the store did not have the majority of the items that I wanted to purchase prior to having me stand in that line for more than half and hour.

The wait time was too long because of social distancing. There should have been an express line for purchases and another for browsing

The wait to get any help to buy something is to long. Need more employee's to help. I had to wait in the hot sun with sweat dripping down my back for 30 min before I can get in the store, multiple people got tired of waiting and just left the line, which was sale you all miss out on.

I am a regular customer of this pandora store. Most of the staff know me by name because I visit at least once a week. I went on valentine's day to purchase a gift for my sister. The selection of rose gold was minimal but I did find one I like for myself. I also purchased two charms for her. I let the sales assistant Jakayla put my rose gold charm on my bracelet and I am so glad I did. The ones for my sister was supposed to be placed in a box and bagged. I was really excited and pleased when I left the store about my purchase. I gave my sister her bag later that evening and when she opened the box it was empty. I was so shocked and embarrassed by what I saw. I could not figure out why the store did not contact me on the same day to return and pick up my items when they noticed it was left out of my bag. My number and email address are in the system. I did not receive an email from the store until the next day. I had already called the store to let them know of the mistake they made. If I would have been called immediately, I could have returned back to the store since I was still shopping in that area. If I return back to this store I will make sure I check my bag.

I recently purchased a shine bracelet for Calentines day for my finance and thought that I could find a better selection at the outlet in Pooler Ga. When I went to the store I was advised by the sales associate that they don’t carry any Shine charms and that they only have gold and silver. While there was a variety of charms to chose from. I ended up having to go back to the main store to purchase more charms for the bracelet.

Not a lot of rose gold options in charms and the prices are too high. Sign said 30% off one item but of course they were only on certain items and nothing I wanted. I also had to wait 30 minutes. I wish I would have never bought a bracelet from pandora.

I needed a size 5 in both rings and they only had one size 5 and one size 6. I thought I received both size 5s like the employee told me. When I left and kept looking at the bands I noticed one was bigger than the other. When I returned to the store to get the size 5 ring and return the size 6 she then told me they didn’t have two size 5. That was a mistake. Didn’t offer to order or anything. I work in retail and this isn’t usually how these situations are handled.

The woman helping us was helping another group as well as us. Very rude to my daughter for filing out my new email information.
