Was given money for my birthday and when I picked out a charm my mother joked that it was not in my bday budget. The next charm.i wanted to see the sales associate told me.it was not in my budget. Not knowing I was going to make up the difference. She had no idea of my finances and I felt this was not very nice to say to a customer.

This was the second Pandora store I went to and the availability of items was very few.

First, the sales associates were completely worked to death! People were walking out of the store because the waiting list was too long. At 10 am on a Thursday, I had to wait almost an hour to get to a sales associate. (First, and a HUGE issue!) Secondly, the sales associate was having to answer the phone and put people on the waiting list while helping us. I felt rushed, to say the least. Also, the sales associate was not aware of what sales were going on, so I knew more than she did. Lastly, although merchandise was on display, I was unable to purchase it because it was the last one and there was no tag. I was interested in how reasonably I could purchase several bracelets as gifts for my daughter's friends, with charms. The sales associate was of NO HELP in helping me find an economical way of purchasing these. (There were a number of bracelets in the discontinued area. She wasn't eager to help me compare pricing.) I felt rushed and as though I was just a stop on the way to the next person. Jennifer was all right, but was clearly in an extremely stressed and rushed state.

Once you enter the store you are ask to put your name down. My sister put hers down, then I put mine down. My sister was being helped, but they skipped over me and went to the next customer.

I seemed to be ignored while standing at the counter waiting for help. Once I got help, the associate seemed put off to help me. She was not very friendly at all.

One sales associate was having a personal conversation with someone for a minimum of 8 minutes while I stood waiting. After waiting patiently for some time, a customer walked in and a second sales associate immediately helped her, leaving me to wait even longer. This visit was most frustrating!

Bought for co worker. Wanted to swap sizes. Got charged twice. Did not get a receipt for a cancelation email. Still haven't seen my refund. Sale associate had an attitude

I was greeted right away by Jennifer who seemed pleasant but once I showed her which bracelet I was interested she less than enthusiastically reached for the rest in stock and asked "what size do you want?" I replied I would definitely need something bigger than the one on display and she says "Oh you need that big girl status" referring to the largest size bracelet. I ignored the comment and asked what sizes were available. She explains they are sized 1-4 and places the size 4 on my wrist. I jingled it around and asked my mother for her input as it was a gift for my sister. Jennifer then asked if my sister was "bigger than you" and I said a little but I didn't know if she wanted a snug fit or a loose fit. Jennifer then said " Oh then she's going to need the big size then." I again ignored the comment, completed my order and left the store. I didn't bother to look for a gift for my mother or anyone else. I didn't appreciate the weight-related comments from the associate regarding a bracelet purchase.
