There were not enough associate’s available in the store. That was not so bad. What bothered me was the way Paola assisted the customer ahead of me—patient, attentive—yet, she was inattentive to me, waiting on the women who came in after me, not appearing to care whether I purchased or not, etc. she waited on the previous customer and the ones who came in AFTER me with more care and attention. I felt ignored, rushed, and dismissed. I don’t remember the last time that I was in the store and received that type of treatment. I would rather wait and have the full attention of the associate, than to be ignored and rushed out. In contrast, the other associate, I believe she’s the manager, at least greeted everyone who came in and acknowledged me when I left. Paola could stand customer support training.

The lack of attention my sales representative showed. I specifically gave her 3 things to avoid and she did not paying attention or ignored me. She was unable to offer suggestions as requested.

The sales associate laughed at me condescendingly when I asked if they had the Queen’s Jubilee charm. The associate tried to rush me making my decisions. The associate told me why I shouldn’t get the bracelet I initially wanted, saying “you have to be careful with that one.”

Great selection of retired Pandora Jewlery. However sale associates seemed like they did not want to sell any items. I asked to see more trays but they only showed me 3 trays. Very disappointed.

The Pooler Outlet location had their door open, but proceeded to tell me to wait outside until further notice. I stood in line for 40 minutes and once inside, I was allowed on one side of the store. I asked to see sale pieces as I was purchasing a graduation gift for someone. I was only showed two cases and was asked was I ready to check out. So rude and unprofessional. I will never shop at Pooler, Ga Pandora outlet again.

Katie F, was my sales associate in the pooler Ga store, she seemed as if she was in such a rush, she neglected to put that charms that I purchased from her on my bracelet. I asked for a printed receipt she said that she couldn’t, because it was emailed, which I knew wasn’t true… VERY DISSAPOINTED

The wait was extremely too long. As soon as it was my time to go in, the associate said to give her a few minutes. I had already been in line for 45 min. She then pretended that she didn't know who was in line first because we were on opposite sides of the door. I moved from the other side because the person behind wasn't respecting my space; however, I was the only one standing in line for at least 30 minutes and the associate made eye contact with me several times. Service is not good here and they need some oversight. I've spent alot of money on Pandora over the years but I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service at this store.

The front door attendant wasn’t pleasant and was leaning over as though she was tried of her job. Overall she wasn’t friendly and when leaving she was expressing her attitude towards her work schedule.

Could not see the merchandise, the countertop was all scratched up and the associate said she couldn't pull the items out, so I could not really see the items.
