The associate that helped us was not very customer service oriented. She barely spoke to us and was not very friendly. This was at your Pooler store. The ones at the Savannah Oglethorpe store are way more attentive.

I purchase retired items and was told it would be a 20% if I bought two or more, choosed to email receipt, after all my shopping and getting to the parking lot I looked at my email to find out only one item was discounted. I had to go back to the store to received the discount orginally informed that I would receive. It was an inconvinence having to come back , bring items back and have the transition be returned to my card. It’s the weekend therefore will need to wait a couple of days to received the difference. Overall, associate was nice but just a hassle to come back when it could have been avoided.

I made a purchase on 6/19/21 for a charm row of hearts UPC:3024959791978 which stops the charms from falling off the bracelet in case it unlatch, the sales rep saleema, who is no longer with the company she didn’t place the rubbery pieces that goes into the charm that keeps it from moving on the bracelet…Jessica was very sweet and helpful but the manager on duty would not honor his employee mistake and only discount me $8.00 off of the current charm I brought in store ….poor customer service

Associate/Representative was not very knowledgeable of merchandise, she forgot to place purchase on bracelet and seemed confused with transaction.

Felt rushed! Interaction was not at all ‘personal’! Will NEVER visit this store again! And did not receive the correct size bracelet, leaving me to have to do an exchange in a different store.

The associate was rude. Her attitude was not friendly. She rushed me through the sale as if she needed to make a quota. I really would like to return the items but I will keep them.

Still waiting for my receipt through email never received the receipt and I don't think I received the 10 percent discount. I felt rushed and like the sale person over charged me and did not like me questing her about the price.

I can understand and appreciate the store's Cov-19 procedures but after waiting in line for over 30 minutes to get into the store and then not be allowed to shop around is unreasonable, had I known I would have just purchased online, as this experience was not worth the wait.

Store was very crowded and associates did not even acknowledge us. We left and came back later. Assistant seemed very disinterested.

Sales associate in the Oglethorpe mall was not friendly she sold me a 220.00 necklace with the charm that was not supposed to be on that particular necklace. She did not care I went to the Pandora at the tanger outlet and they were very friendly and helpful.
