We approached the door/ line first and the sales manager standing outside allowed another person to get in front of us. The person at the door was rude to us, but our sales associate was very nice.

Bought a Pandora O necklace. Specifically asked the clerk about other sizes and she seemed clueless. Turns out I needed the smallest one and she didn’t even show me 3 sizes when I asked. So now we have to make a return

The salesperson did not put my account info she stated she forgot when i made a purchase. She was very nonchalant. Not really good customer service. I drove from atlanta and visited this store

Myself and my 2 daughters and I had to break my family up in order to come into the store. Ridiculous when I was buying for the 3 of us but had to break up purchases while one daughter stood outside. While dealing with this I wound up getting the wrong mini charms for my necklace. Visited this Pandora in Savannah all the way from Phila. Highly disappointed.

The associate assumed I only wanted to look at sale prices items when money Is no object for me. I order Pandora jewelry all the time I don’t need or did I ask for a sale priced item. She never attempted to show me anything other than items on sale. Very offensive.

Due to the COVID-19 only 2 people were allowed into the store at one time. Sadly, we were the 5th customers and the 1st 2 customers spent 45 minutes to 1 hour in the store. They did not value the time of the other customers waiting outside. However, after over an hour wait, DAtra R No.173211 was great. She helped us with 2 additional items that we purchased. She also explained each discount and recognized us from a previous purchase. Thank you DAtra for making this a pleasurable experience.

After purchasing my 3 new charms in Pooler Georgia at a Tanger Outlet, (I didn't know Pandora had an outlet. It was great fun!) I noticed I was charged for an item that was different and more costly than one of the items I selected. I was overcharged by at least $20. I understand how an error can be made when a customer is viewing multiple charms but I do NOT understand how I have not been able to get an answer at the store after trying to reach them for two days. I also left a voice message. The sales people were very helpful, very polite and the experience in store was good. The experience after the purchase is not good. If anyone with authority wants to right this wrong I will include my contact information. I often gift grads and friends with Pandora. I own many Pandora pieces, several bracelets and am a fan of the brand. Even though I purchased a bangle and the clasp broke and it wasn't replaced and two fixed charm stations also broke and the Pandora policy wouldn't replace them. My loyalty may be over.

Only two sales associates in the store and they were working with other customers. My question was where is a book so I can be picking out what I wanted while the associates was busy with the other customers, they had none. Then when it was my turn the associates kept fumbling with everything, I almost asked her if she was new. I have been to this store before and got very good service. I bought less than I usually would have.

The associate seemed preoccupied during my visit. I asked about a specific bracelet and charms. The associate couldn't find them in her product book and the manager came to help. When I checked out, the associate was unclear how to apply the discount on promotional valentine charms. I checked out and while I was waiting I realized that the associate was waiting for someone, who came in the store while she was helping me. I felt as though she was doing me a favor waiting on me. Poor customer service.

Entire process too slow. No one knew where the merchandise was. Clerk could not find anything. She was completely unfriendly and not helpful. Was too understaffed during the holiday season. Basically - could not care if I was there or not and did not have a clue where anything was to offer solutions or help! A very frustrating process! If I did not need the gift, I would have left the store. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere at Tanger Outlet in Pooler, GA!
