2nd Pandora bracelet returned, I don't wear it that often and it has broken twice. The sales associate stated it was the final sale and I could not return it even though it continues to break.

Ambar wasn’t very knowledgeable about the pricing.

The sales associate Margo # 131883 seemed as though she was bothered that a customer entered the store at a late hour, though it was no where near closing time. We asked to see certain charms and inquired about an opener. Her demeanor was "don't know why they are here, they aren't going to make a purchase". While I was considering the items, she asked a harsh tone, " do you want"? We asked to see some other items and ultimately made a purchase largely due to the price (deal) and the items selected. However, there may have been more items purchased if the sales person's attitude was more helpful and courteous.

The seller was very rude and complained every time I asked her to see another bracelet with her thinking tha we didn’t listen, very unkind and rude.

The associate that was “helping” me, didnt seem to know how to find pricing for the items I inquired about. She kept digging in cabinets, pulling out books, trying to log in to the hand held device & couldn’t. She was very out of sorts with not a care in the world that we were standing there for what seemed like forever, just to get prices for the items of interest. When we asked what was taking so long, her explanation was “It’s just gonna take a while to do what I need to do.” I have made many purchases from the Pandora store in Columbiana Mall in Columbia, SC & I have never waited for a price. I have been in & out of that store before in less than 10 minutes. Even less than 20 during the holidays.

The employees were unfriendly and unprofessional. Example: I bought a $20 gift card and the employee said, “They won’t be able to buy anything with that.” That statement was rude, unnecessary and unprofessional. Gift cards can be used towards the total amount of the recipient’s purhase. It doesn’t limit them to buying something for that amount. Anyone working in retail should know that

The wait was entirely too long. You had to type your name into a tablet and wait 10 or 15 minutes to be helped. Bad policy all the way around. I actually went into the store twice before being helped. I left the first time and only returned because someone had requested a particular item for Christmas.

The sales associate was rude, rushed and although it is the holiday season where stores are busy, you'd think being polite would be nice, but not in this case. She seemed annoyed and wanted to be out of there. Was going to buy more, but decided that my one item was enough considering the service I received.

The sales associate told me the ring I was looking for wasn't available in the store and tried to upsell me to a way more expensive ring. I went in with the exact ring I wanted and when she realized I was going to wait and come back for the ring I wanted, she was like "well, wait I can check the backstock" and she walked to the other side of the store, not even the back, and she said "oh look we do have it." I told her I needed a 6, so she grabbed a ring and placed it in the 6 tray. I thought it was actually a 6, seeing as that is what I asked for, but no - it was a 7.... Way too big, so now I have to drive 2 hours back to the store on my day off and exchange it for the correct size.
