I bought a ring Valentine’s Day of 2017 it was the dazzling daisy and a few months later it was missing 2 diamonds, so I brought it back 5 times and they never had it in stock so I traded it in for a different ring and payed a 15$ difference. A couple months later a diamond was missing from that one so I went to jays and bought one. I went to take back the other ring to pandora and they wouldn’t give my money back for it so I traded it in for earrings, and I do not want earings, I want my money back. I’m sorry Pandora products sucks but I need my money back! I will never buy anything from Pandora again.

I visited 12/8 to purchase earrings and was waited on by sales Rep, Rashada who was not helpful at all. She told me that the earrings I wanted were buy 2 pairs get 1 free, I said I would like to buy 4 which buy my calculation meant 2 free pair. She either did not explain the sale correctly or did not understand. After being so frustrated and she just did what she wanted to do, I left with 3 purchased and 1 free pair. I did not have the energy to go back and forth any longer. It bothered me so after I left but repeated calls to the store were not answered.

The sales associate could have been a little more friendly, polite attentive and professional, I’ve been to other stores and their service has been amazing but I was not impressed at all at this location at all.

The sales associate Katherine F was very rude nasty amd short with me and acted like I was asking to much to see the different ron charms and if she could polish it for me please before I left
