The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like I was disturbing them. The assistance with my purchase was rushed and gave the bare minimum effort.

I waited in the cold long line and every time the door open for spmeone to leave another person was let in except for my turn i was made to wait longer while the rude employee had a persign for pick up when i could had been let in and one of the other not working just standing employees could had helped me. Then I wasn’t greeted and at end end to pay i said do you give military discount the girl said yes and never gave it to me. Rude the entire time. Worse experience.

they close the door 30minutes earlier and were rushing costumers because they said they were closing soon we sat in line for almost an hour and didn't let us go in till 30 minutes before closing and then they had the nerve to rush us to purchase something. their conversations between them about the costumers sitting outside were rude and stop one of the sellers to open the door to other costumers because they said they were ready to leave. very rude costumer service will never buy in that store again!!!

The sales associate that was assisting me had given me misleading info about a charm that she said was 30% off. I didn't notice until I checked my receipt and the 30% wasn't discounted off the charm. I went back to the store and I spoke with the sales associate that was outside about the issue. The sales associate didn't handle my issue accordingly, she kept stating that she understand and there's nothing she can do about it (basically brushing me off) and said that she will speak with associate about giving me misleading info about the charm before I purchased it.

The lady who was hosting outside a white lady she was very rude and racist. I was trying to get a. Catalog from outside after purchasing my item from inside after my sales associate told me I can have one. She check inside like I was telling a lie. I will never come to this location again because of her rude customer service skills. My sales associate who was helpful and so nice I forgot her name. She’s have great customer service skills. She help me found my first Pandora bracelet. They lady outside she’s was so rude and she didn’t know I was first time customer that’s why I wanted a catalog so badly that she didn’t want me to have or look at while waiting outside.

I was shopping based off the 15% off one you have purchased 3 charms and she was just very stubborn in anything after the 3 had to be 3 more. Just rude and I felt as though I wasn't valued as a customer. I had such a great experience the previous week in Asheville NC pandora is the reason I went back but definitely not again to that location.
