I brought a ring from Pandora the store manager fitted me in the ring & the ring was to big . Today I went back they told me that I couldn't return or exchange my ring because it was a final sale but the "Store Manager" did not go over this with me she told me I had 5-10 business days to return it I spend over $100 in the store I will not return back that's bad customer service.

I wanted the rose gold teardrop ring but this location did not have the rose gold colored, only the silver. I decided on a different ring, but the rose gold one would have been nice to see in person.

The sales person Margo seem to not be interested in working. She has a bad attitude and Lack customer service. I felt like I was selling myself charms. I had to ask too see items. She did not suggest. And a few times she rolled her eyes and huffed. I suppose I was taking to long making up my mind.

The sales person rushed me to make a selection. It was time for her to get off work. She thought I stole a charm. But she had put the charm back in the case. The total experience was hurtful. So I just stopped shopping.

I purchased a bracelet and 2 charms, upon arriving back to the hotel that evening, I noticed that one of my newly purchased charmed was missing. I am very disappointed that my charm could come off of my bracelet that easily.

The salesperson over charged me for a charm it’s a $35 charm in the book and online yet they charged me $40 for it

I had a very frustrating experience today with Savannah Tanger outlet sales associate "Nemesis." I very clearly stated what certain items I was looking for today and explained that I'm NOT interested in pieces with CZ. She insisted the gold pave ring in the case was indeed diamond and when I found it was CZ in the catalog, I had to explain to her that CZ meant cubic zirconia and that I was not then interested in that product. She was confused with the ring tray and how to sell rings/size and I had to suggest to her she should size the rings I was wearing OR my fingers, which she declined to do thus continuing to fiddle with the ring tray overly complicating the task. Much time was wasted and another employee finally assisted her. Nemesis was very disorganized, didn't know her product, distracted... I had to repeat requests to please state price. I was appalled she kept scraping my own personal bracelet on the counter and I requested a tray, but she continued to keep placing/scraping my bracelet on the counter. She then asked if I was interested in opening a credit card five times!!!!!..... horrible, horrible experience with her. Just awful. This shouldn't happen. Please address.

Sale assistant was very rude. While trying to help me she walked away more than 10 times to help someone else. I buy 5 or more bracelets a year. But will start start looking for another type of bracelet for my family and myself. Very rude.
