Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate didn’t perform good customer service instead she kept answering the phone, upon answering she held a lengthy conversation therefore I was unable to make a purchase.

The sales associate saw that I was waiting for an extended period for assistance as she was coming in and out of the back before she decided to come out on the floor. When she came onto the floor she addressed another customer who just walked in after walking past me. The customer told her that I was waiting there first for assistance and she said oh and walked over to me with an attitude. While helping me, she was laughing and making conversation with another customer that was being helped by her colleague. She was very rude and lacks the customer service skills needed to sell expensive jewelry. The Jamaican sales associate (sorry Idk her name but she’s mentioned she is from Jamaica in our conversations) is the only one that makes customers feel good about purchasing jewelry there. She is very professional and thorough at her job!! I spend large amounts on Pandora items just to receive this service. Unacceptable!!! I will not be returning and I will be letting all my Pandora loving friends know to bypass this location and make the drive in town to Jared!!!!

The sales associate was very rude. She did not want to show me the merchandise.
