Luz helped us and she was very knowledgeable. She had on her own Pandora that showed us more of how it’s worn and looked everyday. She was excellent!! My friends and I enjoyed working with her.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by both the store mgr and the store associate, they helped me pick out the best charms for my bracelet and aswell cleaned both of my bracelets

This experience with this particular store was exceptional. I have been here two other times and they have not failed yet on customer service. They greeted me warmly and asked if i needed assistance. They informed me of the specials that were going on and gave me space to shop and look around. They were polite, friendly, very knowledgeable about the jewelry's fit and quality. I told them about my mother's current passing, and they were so sweet and patient and referred me by far I should say my favorited charm. It's a heart with wings on it that states Mom My Angel. I just about burst into tears! These young ladies were wonderful! Kudos to Pandora in Pooler at Tangers!
