Found a ring i liked just took long to find it in the books

They took the time too make sure my bracelet and charms were arranged to My satisfaction

My sales associate was very helpful in helping me make a decision on my purchase because I was very unsure of what I wanted.

The most of the charms were in stock. She paid attention to my likes and dislike and she educated me on the difference in wrist bands.

The Associate was AWESOME!! Cleaning machine down every time I visit only sad thing.

While everyone in this store is very nice, the Salesperson I had this time was RaShanta R (No. 224265). Ms. RaShanta was VERY Polite, VERY Knowledgeable of the items I was interested in, and VERY Patient with me in my decision-making (because there were three-or-four items I asked about, that weren't--were NOT--available in this store. So it forced me to re-think my Bracelet Design & that took some time. Thankfully, Ms. RaShanta R was very patient with me and I greatly appreciate that). 🙏🏽 She also kept me aware of the Total Cost of everything I was choosing (and trust me, it adds-up QUICK)! 😄 As usual, it was a really nice Shopping Experience & Iwill be back there again soon!
