Having staff willing to answer a lot of questions go a long way. She was patient while we were picking out charms. There were a lot of us and she was able to answer all of our questions.

Although there were lots of people in the store I was greeted and met right away I spent maybe a total of 10 minutes in that store. I love my ring!!

Our sales associate Jennifer was excellent she suggested what would look great on my bracelet and actually showed me on my bracelet. Very friendly and even though i live 2 hours away, she would be worth the drive to come back for the experience
