There was a bit of a line when my party of 3 arrived. However once in the store, the service was great. Jennifer was very knowledgeable of the products and was great with suggestions. She even helped me rearrange my current Pandora bracelets and charms. Based on this experience, I returned the next day(today) to but more charms.

I had a question on a previous purchase and I wanted to exchange she solved any issues that I had and I also purchased more .
