La'Ashley Tinsley was super helpful. She was funny, witty, and very knowledgeable. My daughter just received her first bracelet. La'Ashley was very patient wit her. She was even able to upsell...I ended up buying more pieces for my bracelet! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

My experience was on-line. I contacted the store in Pooler, GA which is about 3 1/2 hrs. away from where I live. They were very helpful great customer service. Katie a new employee said that she couldn't help me with this transaction she made sure that the store had what I was looking for before we ended the call. She asked that I call back the next day and her manager would be glad to help me, and I did do this. Niecee the store manager was very helpful told me all that was needed and I'm to receive my merchandise soon. I will definitely recommend this location because of two of their employees Katie and Niecee.
