Even with the line outside due to holiday season and limited number able to go in store it was great. They kept everyone moving pretty fast which was kinda crazy how little time we were in line. This means the employees knows their stuff. Great job.

A incident happened where a family walked in when the store was at full capacity and everyone was calm and kept a professional demeanor. I always enjoy going to this store. When I travel to other outlets the experience never compares to Pooler.
